Terms & Conditions
Last updated: May 2, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ToSheet.ai platform and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by CV Web Services (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
1. Service Description
ToSheet.ai turns documents into rows in a Google Sheet. You describe a document type once, we create a spreadsheet with typed columns, and each document you send afterwards is read and appended as one or more rows.
Documents reach the Service in two ways:
- by email, to the address assigned to each of your sheets;
- by upload, from your dashboard.
Extraction is performed by an AI model. It is accurate in the great majority of cases but it is not infallible: you remain responsible for checking any figure you rely on. The Service is not a system of record and must not be used as the sole repository for data you are required to retain.
We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
2. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address or a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or for any abusive purpose.
3. Workspaces, Sheets & Addresses
Your account is associated with one or more workspaces. Each workspace has its own subscription plan, usage limits, sheets, and team members with assigned roles (owner, billing, accounting).
Each sheet is assigned an email address. Anyone who knows that address can send documents to it, and their contents will be written to that sheet — that is what makes forwarding work. Treat the address as you would a shared inbox: it is unguessable, not secret. You may pause or delete a sheet at any time, which retires its address.
Your Google Sheet is shared with anyone holding its link, with edit rights. The link is unguessable. You are responsible for who you pass it to, and you may change its sharing settings yourself at any time.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
The Service offers a free tier and paid monthly subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges.
- Pages — Each paid plan includes a monthly page allowance and a maximum number of sheets. Every page of every document sent to the Service is counted once, whether it arrives by email or by upload, and a document may produce several rows without costing more. Page allowances reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not accumulate.
- Free trial — Before subscribing you may create one sheet and process a limited number of documents and pages, whichever limit is reached first. The free allowance does not renew. No credit card is required.
You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the Service
- Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without authorization
- Process content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of third parties
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice and without refund.
6. Your Data
You retain all rights to the documents and data you upload to the Service. We do not claim any ownership over your content.
Documents are processed using AI models to perform OCR and extraction. We do not use your documents to train AI models. Your data is processed exclusively within the European Union.
We do not retain your source documents. Once a document's rows have been written, the file is discarded; what remains is the extracted data, in your Google Sheet and in a short processing history in your dashboard.
You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard. Deleting a sheet or your account retires its forwarding address and stops anything further being written to it. The Google Sheet itself is created and held in ToSheet.ai's own Google Drive and shared with you by link — it does not sit in your Drive, and deleting your account does not move it there. For more details on how we handle your data, please see our Privacy Policy.
7. Availability & Support
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee any specific uptime. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.
For support inquiries, you may contact us at contact@tosheet.ai.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CV Web Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, whether arising from contract, tort, or otherwise, in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its code, design, documentation, and branding, is the property of CV Web Services and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary assets.
10. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion, your personal data and account information will be removed. Active subscriptions should be cancelled before account deletion.
11. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
13. Contact
